Products are available for online purchase within New Zealand, as well as to Australia and worldwide. Prices quoted are in NZD and include GST.

Please note we cannot deliver to P O Box addresses, please provide a street address. We are happy to take product and gift card orders over the phone and can arrange purchasing a product not listed in the online shop, just have your credit card details handy.


For orders within New Zealand, please allow 3 – 5 working days for your order to arrive. For Australian orders please allow 5 – 10 working days. For rest of the world orders please allow 10 – 15 working days. If your order does not arrive within the time frames listed please contact us immediately.

We may have sent your items in separate parcels, check your emails for correspondence from us outlining this. If not, please contact us immediately and have your name and your order details ready; we will try to amend the issue as quickly as possible.

Yes, but only parcels delivered within New Zealand. If you would like an urgent delivery please call the salon to place a phone order, instead of an online order. The shipping charge will be an additional $15.

Yes. Shipping to Australia is an additional $25, and shipping worldwide is an additional $50.

Yes, be sure to include the business name and any additional details when filling out the delivery information.

No we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Yes, your order will need to be signed for if it is a New Zealand address. If you are not home the courier will leave a card informing what you need to do next. If it is an international order, you do not need to be home to sign for the package.

You will be emailed when your parcel has been dispatched.

Orders within New Zealand will be emailed a tracking number when the order has been dispatched; here you can track the parcel’s journey. International orders are not tracked.

If your order totals over $50, you receive free shipping to any NZ address. Below this amount, standard NZ shipping is $7.50, and rural shipping is $14.50.

Shipping to Australia is an additional $25. Shipping to the rest of the world is an additional $50.

If you would like to return your online order please contact us to notify us why you would like to, and we will reply as soon as possible. Please note: if you have opened and used a product, it cannot be returned. This includes electrical products; if you have a faulty product please see our faulty product information.

If you have received a faulty item please contact us immediately with your name, order details, and the faulty product in question. We will respond as quickly as possible with how you will need to proceed. Please do not return the faulty item until we have contacted you.

If you have received an incorrect item in your order please contact us immediately and we will respond as quickly as possible. Please do not return the incorrect item to us until we notify you to do so.

If you would like to cancel an item or your whole order, you can do so within 24 hours via the prompts PayMate will send you. If you have missed this time allocation please contact us immediately and we will advise the best course of action.

If there is something wrong with your order please contact us immediately so we can amend the issue as soon as possible.
