Firstly, a huge thank you to everyone that has supported us through these strange and unprecedented times! We couldn’t do this without our loyal clients, so for that we are grateful!
With the impending changes of the Protection Framework (traffic light system) across the country, we wanted to confirm with you the impact this has on H&B, and how we will be operating.
As a close-contact business, we will only be able to operate in all traffic light levels if we check vaccine passports of everyone coming into salon. Therefore, when the new Protection Framework is introduced on Friday 3rd December, we will only be able to welcome in fully vaccinated clients and guests. All H&B team members will be fully vaccinated by this date.
It is an unfortunate situation that we have been put in, however, we want to do the most responsible thing for our team, clients, and community, so we will be operating and checking vaccine passports. We do not discriminate against our clients, and we respect all individual beliefs, however, we are unable to make exceptions to the government’s mandates.
At this stage, we are waiting to hear final confirmation of the mandates and how we will operate within them. As soon as we have more information, we will put this out to our clients. In the meantime, we encourage you to get double-vaccinated, and make sure you’re signed up with your Vaccine Pass on-hand for your next appointment!
Once the Protection Framework has been confirmed (Monday 29th November) we would appreciate any clients that need to cancel appointments get in touch as soon as possible.
