Your appointment is important to us. We recommend booking at least a week in advance to secure a time that suits your schedule. For first-time visitors, please arrive approximately 10 minutes early to complete our new client profile and begin your experience in a relaxed manner.

As an award-winning salon with highly trained staff, we have a limited number of appointments available. To ensure the best service, we may request a booking fee for new clients or appointments over one hour, which will be applied to your total at the time of the appointment.

We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice for changes or cancellations to appointments. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and maintain our commitment to all clients.

We have our own car park for H&B clients (entrance off Cranford Street side) including our two complimentary E.V chargers! There is also plenty of on-street parking. We have wheelchair access into the salon.

Consultations are available for all services, with most being complimentary. Get in touch for more information on services or consultations.

Earning H&B Points

• Calculation: Points are earned on the net spend of all included services, after any promotional vouchers or discounts are applied.
• Exclusions: Points are not earned on the purchase of retail products, gift vouchers, or promotional/discounted services. Hair Extension services earn points at $100 = 1 point.
• Accumulation: Points can be accumulated at any time or day of the week. Online purchases do not currently accrue points.
• Validity: H&B Points have a 12-month expiry from the date of issue.

Redeeming Your Rewards

• Tier Milestones: The Glow Tier unlocks at 20 points ($1,000 spend). The Radiance Tier unlocks at 40 points ($2,000 spend).
• Booking Requirements: Rewards are subject to appointment availability and must be booked for via phone or email.
• Seasonal Blackouts: Rewards cannot be redeemed during the month of December.
• Non-Transferable: Points and rewards are not transferable, cannot be used as payment on H&B accounts, and cannot be redeemed, sold, or exchanged for cash or gift cards.
• Cancellation Policy: Our standard salon cancellation policy applies. If you fail to show up for a scheduled reward service, the reward is forfeited and cannot be re-booked.

Eligibility & Enrolment

• Membership: To participate, you must be an individual resident of New Zealand with a valid NZ postal address and email address.
• Communication: By enrolling, you agree to receive point updates and promotional material via email from H&B. It is your responsibility to notify us of any change to your contact details.
• Right of Refusal: H&B – Hair Art & Beauty reserves the right to accept or reject any membership application at its sole discretion.

Privacy & Terms of Use

• Privacy Act: We collect personal information (name, address, email, phone) to provide rewards and market H&B goods to you. You have the right to access and update your data. We will never provide your information to third parties for external marketing.
• Program Changes: H&B may vary these conditions at any time. The current version will always be posted on our website.
• Termination: You may withdraw from the program at any time by notifying reception. H&B reserves the right to revoke membership for any breach of conditions. Upon termination of the program or a membership, all accrued points and rewards will be cancelled.
• Governing Law: This program is governed by the laws of New Zealand. By participating, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
